Chair Flow
A slow-burn seduction. This class is all about presence, poise, and playful power. We’ll explore foundational chair technique, musicality, and sensual movement in a way that feels safe, supported, and celebratory. Expect juicy transitions, beginner-friendly choreography, and plenty of space to discover your own flavor. No experience needed—just a willingness to take up space and let yourself be seen.

FLOOR-PLAY
A study in softness, strength, and slink. This class is your invitation to move with intention, curiosity, and care. We’ll explore grounded floorwork, fluid transitions, and foundational techniques that center body awareness and emotional texture. Expect slow builds, supportive breakdowns, and space to reconnect with your own rhythm. No experience needed—just a willingness to listen inward and let movement become meaning.

HEELS PLAYGROUND
An ode to elevation—in every sense. This class introduces the art of heels with a focus on balance, alignment, and expressive power. We’ll break down walks, weight shifts, and beginner-friendly choreography that celebrates both precision and play. Heels are never required—come as you are, in whatever footwear makes you feel most grounded and free. Whether you’re stepping into heels for the first time or returning to them with fresh eyes, you’ll be held in a space that honors your growth, your grit, and your glow.

POLE PLAY
A space to meet the pole with curiosity, not pressure.
We’ll explore the foundations — walks, spins, weight shifts, and the subtle art of letting your body lead — all broken down slowly, clearly, and with hands‑on support when you want it.
This class isn’t about perfection or performance.
It’s about learning how to listen to your body, how to trust your grip, how to breathe through the wobble, and how to let movement feel like play again.
No experience needed.
No expectations placed on you.
Just a room where you get to practice courage, softness, and a little bit of magic — one beginner‑friendly move at a time.
Private In-Person and Virtual Pole Sessions
Whether you're just starting or refining your flow, these 1-on-1 or small group sessions (up to 2 people) offer personalized guidance in beginner to intermediate pole skills. You can also book a choreo session to learn a custom 1–1.5 minute piece tailored to your vibe. Available in-person or online—come slink, spin, and grow at your own pace.

Multi-Week Series at The Slink Room
In skills-based sessions, you’ll layer technique week by week—grips, transitions, climbs, and inversions, depending on the apparatus—building toward confident execution and embodied understanding.
In choreography series, you’ll move through a full song across four weeks, exploring musicality, emotional arc, and personal style with each phrase. Expect thoughtful sequencing, poetic transitions, and space to explore both mechanics and magnetism.

Come as you are. Leave with new skills, deeper embodiment, and a slink that’s all your own.

Small Group Aerial Classes
Strength meets slink in the air. These intimate, small-group sessions invite you to explore aerial movement across silks, lyra, and pole—each offering its own flavor of flow, resistance, and release. Whether you're climbing fabric, spinning in steel, or gliding around the pole, you'll build foundational technique while discovering your own rhythm, power, and sensuality.

Classes are beginner-friendly and progression-based, blending skill-building with artistry. Expect thoughtful sequencing, supportive instruction, and space to move with intention. You’ll learn grips, mounts, transitions, and flow drills that translate across apparatuses—so you can rise, invert, and express with confidence.

Come curious. Leave stronger, slinkier, and more connected to your body’s capacity for flight
