Our 3‑week Beginner Chair Series teaches you the basics slowly, safely, and without choreography — so you can build confidence one simple movement at a time. In this series, you will: • Become familiar with the chair and how to use it safely • Learn a breakdown of beginner moves like slides, sits, arches, and supported lifts • Build strength with accessible, beginner‑friendly drills • Explore how to move between levels (floor → chair → stand) without feeling rushed • Practice simple transitions that feel natural and supportive Perfect for you if: • You want to try chair flow but prefer a soft, pressure‑free introduction • You’re new to movement and want clear, step‑by‑step guidance • You want to feel comfortable with the chair before learning choreography • You want to feel strong, sensual, and capable in a way that meets you where you are You don’t have to be ready — you just have to begin.
